What happens if I dial 911 emergency by accident if your cell phone was locked?

Yeah, I sat on my cell phone (T-Mobile SideKick) in the dining room of a restaurant and by accident, as the phone magically calls the 911 and then ends call when pressed the "TALK" button twice in locked setting. What are the consequences of accident call even if it is just in locked mode on cell phones?
