Hair loss!!!!!?? HELP!!! ):?

So i'm 17 years old and I've been having hairloss for 8 months now. I have been through alot of changes. I was on birth control got off got on Vyvanse and antidepressions, I've been moving back and forth, so alot of stress. I'm off the antidepressions now. I also don't have my period like I used to... At all! I have it, sometimes... But I don't bleed nearly as much as I used to. I've had blood work done... Normal... I had a scalp biopsy they said it was telogen effluvium, but idk some hairs are thinner closer to the root and that worries me, bad. I do have hair growing back. I'm using rogaine and everything! Can someone tell me if they think it aga instead of te? Because during te I didn't think your hair got any finer... I used to have really THICK beautiful hair, now it's THIN! Someone please helppp!
