WHY GLACIER LAYER MELTING? (ICE) , WHAT IS THE PERCENTAGE SINCE 2000 UP TO 2011.?

Northern Hemisphere glaciation is decreasing. Antarctic glaciation is increasing. The melting of glacial ice is not a crisis. The Earth will not warm up enough to melt all the ice at the poles...the sunlight at high latitude is too weak. If all the glacial ice on Earth were to melt, sea level would rise 200 feet and people would have to move to higher ground.
