How to find a percent of a percent?

So I just need to know how to do this. My problem is that I need to find out what percent of fresh water on our earth comes from where. For example, earth is 2.8% fresh water, and of that 2.8% of fresh water, 82.1% is from glaciers, how do I figure out the total amount of fresh water on our earth from glaciers?
